Payment Plans
Interest free plans are available to make your treatment easier to fund. Please ask your dentist for further information, who will be able to advise you on the payment plan best for you.
How can I pay?
We accept payments in the form of cash, cheque, debit card and credit card, excluding American express.
When do I pay?
Patients are asked to settle fees on the day of treatment.
For any treatment requiring two visits e.g. crowns and bridges, the total fee must be settled on the preparation appointment (the first appointment).
For treatments requiring multiple visits e.g. orthodontics and dentures, the fee may be spread over these appointments. Your dentist will discuss this with you.
How can I secure an appointment time?
Patients are requested to leave a deposit when booking appointments, the value of which will be set by the dentist. This value will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You should cancel or change your appointment only when necessary. Make sure notice is given 72 working hours (3 working days) before your appointment. This will give us time to offer the reservation to someone else.
Please cancel or change your appointment by telephone, not e-mail. We do not have onsite e-mail facilities.
If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 72 working hours and practice time is wasted, any deposits paid will not be refunded. Our aim is not to charge patients extrra but to prevent surgery time being wasted.
Is there a way I can see what the dentist sees?
We have a specially designed hi-tech intra-oral camera, which helps us take you on a tour of your mouth. We are able to take pictures of your teeth to help demonstrate and explain to you the condition of your mouth.
This will give you a better understanding of any proposed treatment.
Do you have any patient education aids?
They say a picture is worth a thousand words - well, with CASEY it is. CASEY is an advanced patient education DVD that helps to clearly explain treatment options to patients. This is done through the use of pictures, videos and animations concerning proposed treatment. CASEY = clarity!
